FreightWise was established in 2001 as a financial risk management consultancy focusing on the freight industry. FreightWise designs and administers a unique warranty program, the FreightSafe Warranty Program, enabling freight companies to compensate customers for goods lost or damaged in transit, while clients generate bottom line revenue.

Our comprehensive services range from initial customer research through to product implementation and all claims administration. FreightWise handle all claims administration on behalf of their clients while feeding back an extensive range of reports allowing clients to better understand their own business risks and opportunities through FreightWise’s proprietary software management systems.
